Beaujolais wine is usually but not always red. White Beaujolais comes from a variety of grapes, including Chardonnay wine as discussed below, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Aligote and ©.
There are no cities in the region for tourists will be satisfied with 14 miles (23 km) route of Beaujolais and its peoples. Most of them. The wine route is home nine Grands Crus of Beaujolais Chiroubles, including revised

Not far from the wine route is Villars-les-Dombes (with nearly four miles) with an excellent pool of birds, including four hundred species of birds. Continue south to the walled medieval city of PÃ © red (with a population of about one thousand) on a hill. This city was the scene of the movie The Three Musketeers.

Wine Review
Pisse-Dru Beaujolais Blanc 2004 12.9% alcohol about $ 10.00
Leta begin by quoting material marketing. The name "Pee-DRUA" is an expression of French winemakers fun: when a winemaker-old said with a smile of satisfaction in his face ", Ã § a piss DRUA, this means that the vintage, this is the flavor and taste the fresh juice of the grapes grow in a perfect bottle of wine and delicious.
Yellow-green with golden reflections. Fine and fruity nose, this wine has aromas of quince and plum, with some nuances of yellow flowers. A wine very nice with a long finish. Serve cold, with no dÂ'oeuvres, grilled seafood, meats, poultry with cream sauce light pasta salads cold. And Now, for the review.
My first meal of roast chicken with potatoes cooked in chicken fat and green beans in tomato sauce. The wine has a pleasant taste sensation tingling and was pleasantly acid. It has really reduced the fat in the food was very greasy.
My next business was connected with a chicken pie has recovered Chinese sauce. Beaujolais Blanc was again updated acids, light and fruity. But it was quite short and overwhelmed by a wasnÂ't hot hot sauce. Wine did not have that problem with poppyseed cake.
My last meal was an omelet with brown mushrooms, provolone cheese, local, and fasteners. I was surprised and somewhat disappointed with the wine was very light when coupled to a mild-flavored tortilla.
Then I tried this wine with an Italian Bel Paese, a mild cheese butter people suggested to accompany fruity wines or be eaten alone as an appetizer or dessert. This twinning has been the relative success appeared to soften the cheese and sour WINEA and highlight its benefits.
My past with a French flavor Saint-Aubin, a soft Cowa milk cheese traditionally packed in a wooden box. This cheese has a texture creamy brie and stronger flavor. Cheese was a little more wine.
The final verdict. Like most people I know, I have a limited budget. This wine has been very good for the price. Not everything goes well with most of the wines of Dona't. But it goes well with foods that I really like (roasted chicken and potatoes clay), and I will buy.
Levi Reiss has authored or co-authored ten books on computers and the Internet, but to be honest, he would rather just drink fine Italian or other wine, accompanied by the right foods. He teaches classes in computers at an Ontario French-language community college. Presently his wine websites are http://www.theworldwidewine.com and http://www.theitalianwineconnection.com
