What am I doing wrong with my wine?
I’m not a beer person anymore and the only liquor I could even handle drinking was vodka. I was tired of the vodka and orange juice so I figured I’d take up wine. I have tried both red and white and definitely like white better.. I found a cheap, but good wine called turning leaf..
The first couple of times I drank it I loved it so much.. I was worried I liked it a little too much..
I put the bottle in the refrigerator which is set at a high cooling temp..
Now the wine takes like a pure glass of vodka.. All I can taste is the alcohol… It’s gross!!
Am I drinking it too cold?? Should I keep it on the shelf and use a ice cube to chill it instead?? I can’t turn the refrigerator temp down.. so that’s not an option.. Neither is buying an expensive wine…

try different, but not more expensive, wines. If Turning Leaf is a chardonnay, you may not like the drier wines after your initial tasting experience. Try a sweeter white wine. There are also some great reds, or try a white zinfandel, which is a sweet “pink” wine.
