I NEED HELP,I AM SO SLEEP DEPRIVED,ANY OTHER “REMEDIES”?
So here is my problem…
My Dr. had me on Ambien,but I am out until monday & need sleep so I can be some use at work.
I have tried:exercising,hot tea,over the counter sleeping pills,melatonin,warm baths,cool baths,showers,counting back from 100,”dreaming”,watching t.v while relaxing,red wine,and just laying there,trying to fall asleep.
I have the same schedual every night & every morning.I JUST CAN’T SLEEP.It seems as though sleep aids worked but I would end up taking like 4 at a time.Last night I took Benadryl Allergy & my eyes wanted to close but my body didn’t want to sleep until 4am then I work at 8am.
Does anyone know of anything else to do or take?I just wanna sleep!

make sure your bedroom’s not too warm. It helps me to write a list of things I know need doing, this gets them out of your mind a little bit and allows your brain to let you rest more. Any worries should have the same thing done.
Quiet music also helps me, something calming. It’s important not to stress or ‘clock watch’ either as this often makes it worse. We were taught meditation at school and it sometimes helps some people, worth a go right?
