Remnants of roast recipe?
I need a recipe that will use up leftover meat roasted. Yo Chuck roast, which was braised in red wine. His fall apart tender! I have much more to the left, ideas for a recipe with the rest of my roast?
Hello ~ Dianne Libby is a wonderful idea for the roast beef hash ………. When I get what you have leftovers (In fact, I cook [ie, do a lot more than I]) I turn to all melee in a beef cake. As if was a pastel of "smooth" is a tasty cake. I just cut all the vegetables (included) and put it in a pie plate, then top with pie crust and bake until golden and bubbly so …….
