
It had been a while since our family has had some good chicken tortilla! I knew there was a package of flour tortillas house, so I took a 4 – 5 pounds of chicken on Sat and not only have these delicious rolls were also three other great recipes healthy like a chicken. This is how it all happened! After grilling chicken, let it sit for about an hour, pour the chicken broth into a container for the freezer for a quick trip to the fridge, then took all the chicken bones. 1. Chicken Wraps
A package of tortillas 8 flour
A small can of refried beans, about 15 oz can
2 cups chicken
2 cups shredded cheese (Mexican blend)
corn and bean sauce ¼ cup
¼ cup taco sauce
Mix refried beans, chicken, gravy and sauce in a bowl medium. Fill each tortilla tablespoons chicken about 4 bean mix /; top with ¼ cup cheese, roll and place in prepared pan with cooking spray. Aluminium Cover and bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
2. Chicken vegetable soup
2 cups chicken broth
½ cup onion
½ cup chopped celery
1 to 16 oz Pkg. Frozen mixed vegetables
½ cup rice grain according to your choice
Season with salt, pepper, parsley, garlic and dry pellets.
Bring the broth to a boil, add the onion, celery and mixed vegetables. Simmer 10 minutes, add rice and boil for 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
3. Chicken Quesadilla
2 flour tortillas –
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
2 cups Mexican blend cheese
About 2 cups your favorite salsa bath
Place a tortilla in a large skillet spray produced by food; Top with chicken and cheese and cover with second tortilla. Cover and heat through, about 1 minute. Flip and heat for another minute. Leave the stove Fry on a cutting board and cut into 8 triangles. Serve with sauce.
4. Fresh green salad with chicken
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Tea ½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon teaspoon black pepper
1 pinch white sugar
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups mixed salad
1 ½ cup chicken, chopped
½ cup chopped almonds
2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
In a large bowl, beat oil olive oil, red wine vinegar and mustard, salt, pepper, sugar, parsley, lemon juice and garlic. Add chicken and marinate for 15-20 minutes. Just before serving, add the salad and stir to coat with sauce. Garnish with almonds and feta cheese.
