Need a recipie for Meat Lasagna!!! ASAP?
Ok peeps this is what i know.
the filling has:
red wine????
canned tomatoes
tomato paste???
celery
carrot
mixed italian herbs
garlic
onion
mince (what kind)
cheesey filling has:
mozzarella cheese
1 egg
parmesan cheese
parsley
pepper
basil
ASWELL AS BELCHAMEL SAUCE???how do i make it??
(can u do both e.g cheesey filling explained above and belchamel???)
And of course pasta sheets.
so im thinking it goes like this:
meat sauce>pasta sheets>cheeseyfilling>meatsauce>belchamel sauce>pasta sheets>cheesey filling>meatsauce>belchamel>pasta sheets.
Correct me if im wrong on anything.
I like this combo fo the two creamy sauces. do u think it will work??
