How to cook tilapia (fish). Need advice.?

I was thinking of using this recipe for the sauce:

I plan on baking the tilapia in the oven. Not sure how hot or long to set the oven. Should I bake the tilapia with some of this sauce on top of it or bake it by itself or with something else and then just add the sauce afterwards.
I am going to try this sauce because I had a tilapia w/ a thick white wine sauce at a restaurant once and it was outstanding. So Id like to try it myself. A

I would bake the fish with a pat of butter and a little salt and pepper on 350 for about 20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. Serve it on top of cooked, drained pasta with the sauce drizzled over the top.
