half a sachet baking powder/a teaspoon and a half (?)
4 eggs
100ml milk, cream or white wine (any liquid really)
100ml oil (olive or half olive half vegetable
No problem
250 g=2C AP Flour
4eggs [always Large] @ 2oz /egg =1 C eggs
100ml =3.38 fl oz @ 2TBS /oz =6TBS +.38 oz

.38/.166=2.289 tsp or either 2+ 1/4 tsp or2+1/3 tsp
