How I can make a cream sauce of white wine?
I want to make a chicken pasta dish with a sort of creamy white wine sauce or something similar.
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition) 1 cup heavy cream 3 / 4 cup dry white wine 2 tablespoons flour 1 / 2 v. teaspoon salt 1 / 2 teaspoon freshly 1 teaspoon crushed dried parsley 1 clove garlic – crushed salt and freshly ground pepper to taste (optional) Preparation In a medium saucepan over medium-high, combine cream, wine, flour, salt, pepper, parsley and garlic. Combine all bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened. Season to taste if necessary.
